Merideth Ferrell

Painting on Silk is a passion of mine. The fluidity, the bright colors and the unique silk look make each painting totally one-of-a-kind. I also love to paint with watercolors and see the piece create itself in front of my eyes. My husband Don Ferrell and I often work together, with me painting colorful acrylics on Don's creative wood carvings and sculptures, like the Butterfly Books and the Dance of Life Figurines. Together, with my painting the silk and Don building the frames, our Silk Panel Decore screens come to life.
