My hectic life has me distracted and somewhat bored. My senses come alive when I’m in the studio. I listen to an eclectic genre of music, while breathing in an array of essential oils or incense. This allows me to focus, relax and concentrate on creating. I want to share the joy that this brings me with everyone.
My yearly earlier unique technique of impressionistic finger painting and detailed brush work was a favorite style, because it allows great flow and movement. Viewers love the bold vibrant energetic colors and are drawn to the detailed portion.
Acrylic painting is a constant favorite for the detail possible.
My newest passion is being a Gourd artist, because of the wide range and versatility possible. From wood burning, carving and almost anything you can imagine.
If my pieces can bring one person, the joy that I experience while creating, I have achieved my purpose as an artist.
My art is not about me, it’s about the world I see.
